Froggy Backpack
GearFroggy from Hela: of Mice & Magic, the magical backpack, half tool and half companion, fully iconic.
The witch's gift, worn on your back
When the witch sends her familiars out into the world, she equips them with a magic-infused backpack shaped like a little green frog, complete with a pale spiral emblem. Official materials consistently call it Froggy, and treat it as a companion in its own right rather than a piece of UI.
Confirmed abilities
- Leap, powered jumps that carry you onto tabletops and fences
- Glide, spread-frog flight for crossing meadows and rivers
- Swing, rope swinging from branches, hooks and Shade anchors
- Plunge & pull, weighted drops and rope pulls for heavier objects
- Gather, reach ingredients and haul them back in one piece
Design notes
The green pack with its spiral marking is the game's de facto brand, it appears in the logo lockup's frog motif and on every piece of key art. If you're spotting Hela in a screenshot, the spiral on the green backpack is the tell.
